Pros: Great view. Loved the pond near by. Liked that there was lots of shade. Loved the washer and dryer too. Hot tub was nice. The kids liked the little boat.

Cons: We wish there were lights along the deck or path to the fire pit at night. Roof needed pressure washed. Benches around the fire pit had uneven boards, so they were uncomfortable to sit on.
