Excellent value, perfect location for the college, easy checkin, ample parking, cute decor.

Pros: Location is perfect, couldn't be better. Checkin super easy. House cutely appointed and clean.

Cons: Hard to read the WiFi information, no big deal but we were confused for a while. Also wish we didn't have to strip the beds and take out the trash but I know that's part of the deal in a lot of places.

Just perfect for our needs. Felt like home.

Terrific location, stylishly decorated, wonderful place to work in peace.

Pros: The location could not be better in terms of proximity to Oberlin College. The lighting and decor were cheery. There were lots of personal touches. The kitchen was functional with the basic tools you would need to cook (though a pasta pot would have been helpful) The office was a nice touch, with a printer available to use and a great setup for work. The TV had streaming options. Plenty of pillows on the beds, fans in every bedroom, lots of outlets.

Cons: The toilet was leaking from the bottom, and when I messaged the owners about it, I never received a response. The owners also said that there would be trash bags delivered (since there were no extras), but they never arrived. As a result, the kitchen trash started to stink. I could have bought trash bags but felt for the price they should have been included. The shower had a very low flow, which made it hard to fully rinse out our hair. I had not been aware when I booked that this is a duplex, and it was nice and quiet until the night the other renters arrived. Then we could hear every word they said until at least 11 pm, which was after quiet hours.
