Pros: Absolutely loved the location and we really enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub, even in the 30 degree temps! Very peaceful.

Cons: I would have liked to meet an actual person on site when we arrived to answer a few basic questions about where everything was or how to operate, or at least a notebook with some printed instructions. We had 6 coffee drinkers and neither of the coffee pots worked properly. I called Tuesday morning and was told they would bring a working coffee pot and they never brought one, so we didn’t get to enjoy much coffee. The dishwasher would not work, so we spent a lot of time hand washing dishes as we prepared a lot of food.
