Great location for a simple stay

Pros: Location and size of house is great. Open and spacious with a nice game room and yard. Kitchen was easy to work in. Nice front sitting porch. Good closet size. Host was friendly and easy to communicate with to arrive an hour earlier. We don’t communicate with host after initial contact.

Cons: Didn’t have linens like a top sheet or pillow cases. Bedding consisted of a bottom sheet, comforter and shams on pillows. Windows didn’t actually close/lock. Kitchen table chairs were wobbly. We tried to fix them but didn’t have an Allen wrench.
