Quiet and peaceful and close to downtown.

Pros: It was quiet. This is the second rental I have stayed at by this company and everything is clean and great. The people are easy to reach and response quickly rather calling or texting. I love that the properties I’ve stayed at have sound machines and black out curtains, which allows for great sleep.

Cons: It was hard to find which one I was staying in once I arrived there were no numbers on the doors so I had to call to make sure I went to the right one

Perfect Short North location

Pros: The location of this unit is perfect! You're in the heart of everything but just far enough back (not even 1/2 a block) to not hear all the noise of Short North! The front porch is awesome as is the very well stocked kitchen. Very comfortable beds and the shower is also great!

Cons: If there was any negative at all I would say it's very bright in all of the rooms due to the bulbs that are used in the light fixtures! I prefer warm, low light, but that's just me!
