Pros: clean well equipped Accommodation with everything you would need for a relaxing stay housekeeping staff where extremely nice and helpful great base for travelling the Cleveland area great customer service 🤩

Pros: Love the view of the park. Well-equipped kitchen. Very comfortable beds. Multiple streaming services on TV Good neighborhood

Pros: Apartment was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. I was visiting family in the area, but for those coming from away, the location is ideal. You are near a beautiful park, good shopping and food. Nice quiet neighborhood...but a quick drive away for the downtown area, without having to stay there.

Cons: There was a slight remaining smell of a cat, particularly in the bath (where perhaps a litter box was kept). Perhaps a previous guest had a cat for an extended stay. It was a minor quibble, that didn't ruin our stay.

Great location quite apartment complex clean unit except stains on the couches and a chair

Pros: Great location easy access clean kitchen bathroom living area

Cons: The only complaint I have was that the couches and chair in the main bedroom all had stains on them. This could be a five star unit but no furniture should be stained. Not sure if it is because of pet’s being allowed in the unit or not and for $129 cleaning fee nothing should be stained
