Excellent location/ very clean

Pros: Location is fantastic. I didn't rent a car this trip and was able to do/see everything I wanted to on foot and using the free trolley system that goes all through down town. I was in town for an event at the convention center and it was a short walk to work 0.4 miles. The apartment was clean and modern. Looking forward to staying again next year.

Cons: Everything was fantastic. If I had to make one change it would be a regular fitted sheet instead of using a top sheet on the bottom.

Pros: the property was amazing the property manager was very respectful and nice we had some complications with getting it at first but it all worked out and she got i taken care of there thankful for her!!!

Very comfy and convenient in Cincinnati..

Pros: Confortable, clean, well equipped, located close to most things, staff was very attentive on the phone.

Cons: No view; although there was a sign on the suite door about a pool, did not have access to it.

Pros: Very cozy and comfortable. Beautiful apartment and the way you enter and the building and room.

Cons: One of the elevators was not working properly. We had to get out because it was not working.

I think the facility and location are very good and would stay there again.

Pros: The location was excellent. Walking distance to the places I wanted to go.

Cons: I was locked out of my room twice because the code did not work, and I had to wait for someone to change the code. Contacting the staff was not as fast as I think it should be. I had to wait in the hallway for more than 10 minutes and that is unacceptable.
