A supremely comfortable stay in an outstanding, modern apartment block

Pros: The apartment was very well appointed, clean, modern and extremely comfortable. The apartment building as a whole was also very impressive - it comes with a community hang-out area, gym and a heated pool in the courtyard. And, only a 10-minute walk to Downtown, it's in a superb spot (it's also slap-bang opposite iconic diner Sugar & Spice). Simply th best place I've stayed since using Booking.com

Really Nice Place to Stay but Beware of the Onboarding Process

Pros: Great location. The apartment was clean and very nicely furnished. Loved the onsite parking.

Cons: I DID NOT like the onboarding process. If I would have known that I needed to get a background check and provide facial recognition to get into this building, I would have never stayed here. I booked through Booking.com so I knew that I would never get my money back. I couldn't afford to lose that money AND pay for another place to stay. I was forced to provide the personal invasive info.
