**NEW mOdernLUX best OTR condo *Park ONsite**

Pros: Location is great with on-site, gated parking, right in the heart of the city. Lots of restaurants surrounding, too many to pick from if anything.

Pros: リビングは広くて過ごしやすく、キッチンは色んな用品が揃ってて、とても快適に楽しく過ごせました。 何か困った事があると、オーナーさんがすぐに対応して下さり、すべてに満足でした。

Cons: お部屋は完璧だったのですが、2階の人がパーティーをされていたのかとても騒いでいて、それが朝方まで続いたので、寝れない日があった。年末年始だったのでしょうがないのですが、それだけが残念でした。

Wonderful stay close to TQL!

Pros: Location was great, it was close to the TQL stadium and had parking. The apartment is very clean and updated, perfect for our family of 4. Our 2 kids slept on the couch (which lays flat) but they had a blow-up mattress if needed as well. Check-in was super easy and exactly as described. Great stay!

Cons: Neighborhood is mid transition so there's some nice food options around but not a ton that's walkable - hopefully there's more soon!

Convenient Studio Style Rental Close to Everything OTR

Pros: The location was close to the OTR district. Free, non-street, reserved parking. Having a couch and nice TV was great. Way nicer than any hotel room in Cincinnati. The unit was very clean and smelled nice. The unit appeared to be in a safe residential area of the city. Walking distance to the soccer stadium, $15 Uber to The Andrew J Brady Music Center.

Cons: The unit was on the ground floor so we could hear people talking as they walked along the streets. The entry door to the unit is located in the general entry/foyer of the housing unit and you could hear everyone they entered or exited the building. There were towels laying around the washer and the water connection, so we did not attempt to use the washer or dryer. The back of the couch appeared to be broken and needs repaired or replaced, which made it difficult to fully relax on the couch. The building next door is under renovation and this rental is within 20 ft of the workers entry area. So we could hear construction work except on Sunday when they weren't working.

Pros: Great location, nice personal touches. The snacks, drinks and personal items in the bathroom were very nice. Parking was a huge plus. We felt safe when coming and going.

Cons: Construction trash and the big Porta John outside the bedroom door was disappointing but will be good once the project is completed

Pros: The decor was fresh and modern. The bedding, towels, kitchen supplies were high end. It was well stocked with toiletries and snacks.

Cons: Not enough places to hang towels in the bathroom.

The perfect setting, ambience, & location for a sisters & daughter reunion

Pros: Location was great, within walking minutes of dozens of restaurants & the streetcar stops. The condo was comfortable & classy, with high ceilings & a sleek decor.

Cons: The weather. We’d hoped for a little warmer, but at least it didn’t rain.
