The hosts were very accommodating and hospitable and the space was beautiful and comfortable!

Pros: Beautiful open space, conveniently located, well furnished. No noise from upstairs or downstairs neighbors. The parking was quite convenient and reasonably priced. The host’s communication was clear, prompt, and friendly.

Cons: Getting into the outside door proved difficult on multiple occasions. It’s particularly confusing regarding the deadbolt. There are two signs on the inside of the lower level door - one tells you not to use the deadbolt (which appears to leave the door unlocked all the time) and the other sign tells residents to lock the deadbolt upon entering and exiting (but I was told I would not be able to get into the building if I lock this deadbolt). It might be beneficial if one of the hosts visit the property and gets comfortable using the lock and correct code before updating signage. A video of how to use the lock that is shared with renters before their stay could be especially helpful. There was also a lot of street noise (garbage trucks, sirens all hours of day or night). Not something within the hosts’ control, just something to be aware of.
